MacVahan ("we," "us," or "our") operates the MacVahan mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

• Personal Identifiers: Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
• Vehicle Information: Make, Model, and Year for service management.
• Log Data: In case of an error in the app, we collect data (through third-party products) called Log Data which may include your device IP address, device name, and operating system version.

2. App Store & Play Store Compliance

In accordance with mobile platform guidelines:

• No Real-Time Tracking: MacVahan does not track your location in the background or use real-time GPS logistics.
• Data Minimization: We only collect the minimum data required to provide vehicle-related services.
• Permissions: The app will only request permissions (like Camera or Storage) when specifically needed for user-initiated actions (e.g., uploading a vehicle photo).

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies due to the following reasons:

• To facilitate our Service;
• To provide the Service on our behalf; or
• To perform Service-related tasks (e.g., Payment Gateways).

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

4. Account and Data Deletion

Apple & Google Requirement: You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

To delete your account, you can use the "Delete Account" option within the App Settings, or contact us at support@macvahan.com. Upon request, we will delete your personal information from our active databases within 30 days.

5. Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
